Project Manager. As Project Manager at Hunden, Shawn leads clients through every step of the study process, from kickoff meetings and stakeholder interviews to management of deliverable creation and final presentations. He collaborates closely with CEO Rob Hunden to execute quality assurance processes that lead to the highest quality final product. Shawn is currently managing a NFL stadium development advisory and report process for a high-profile client.
Shawn brings 15 years of professional experience to the Hunden team. He started as an analyst at Core Capital Group, a full-service financial advisory firm that specialized in structuring and securing financing for companies across industry lines. Prior to joining Hunden, Shawn was a leader in the Finance and Development department of Yeager Properties, where he was an underwriter for potential commercial real estate development opportunities focused on overall risk assessment and financial feasibility.
Beyond management, his research efforts at Hunden contribute to historical performance profiles of existing facilities, economic and demographic analytics, market supply and demand interviews, and comparable facility profiles – all critical components of a strong market and financial feasibility study. Areas of focus include facility anchored mixed-use districts, such as residential, retail, office, entertainment/attraction, and restaurant.
Shawn holds a BA in Accounting and Music Business from Anderson University.
