Project Manager, Mr. Sheridan is a Project Manager at Hunden. He leads the team of analysts and conducts market and submarket analytics, economic and demographic research, comparable and competitive profiles, and stakeholder interviews for a variety of Hunden project types. He has led study efforts for a variety of mixed-use developments, entertainment facilities, and sports and recreation studies in Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area suburbs; Tempe, Arizona; Warren County, New York; Genesee County, MI; Middletown and Dublin, Ohio; Mills, Wyoming; Greenville, North Carolina; and a dozen locations throughout Kentucky.
Ryan is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Analytics. During his four years, he was a member of the Hutton Honors College and continued his studies for a semester in Barcelona, Spain at the Universitat de Barcelona. Prior to joining the Hunden team, Ryan worked for a single and multi-family developer in his hometown of Rochester, New York. He also worked for Nestlé Coffee Partners in their Seattle office, where he evaluated and improved the efficiency of their SKU portfolio.
