Project Manager, Miss Cuff is a Project Manager on the Hunden team. She leads analysts through research and report creation, conducting market research, following industry trends, and integrating best-practice recommendations. She has been directly involved with nearly 80 projects and studies throughout her time at Hunden, including select mixed-use and entertainment studies in Portland, Maine; El Paso, Texas; Suffolk County, New York; Gulf Shores, Alabama; Grants Pass, Oregon; and multiple locations throughout Kentucky.
Lexi is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington where she received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business, with a focus in Real Estate. During her four years, she was an active member of the Real Estate Club and continued her studies for a time in Milan, Italy at both Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Bocconi University. Prior to joining the Hunden team, Lexi received experience in residential real estate working with luxury listings in her hometown of San Diego, California. She also earned the title as the top financial services inside sales intern during her time at the Southern California “unicorn” start-up, Seismic.
