Operations Manager
Mr. Guiden serves as the Operations Manager at Hunden Partners. His work at Hunden involves collaborating on comprehensive proposal processes, from meeting with potential clients to drafting proposals in response to RFPs from the public sector to internal project transition. He plays a supporting role in engaging with new client coordination, scheduling, contracts, and preparing conference materials.
He joins Hunden Partners with more than a decade of real estate experience, having collaborated and engaged with a wide range of stakeholders throughout his tenure. His involvement in real estate encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including luxury rentals in Downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, VA loans, FHA loans, fixed-rate and adjustable-rate loans across all 50 states, as well as commercial real estate throughout the country.
Beyond his robust real estate experience, David is an award-winning actor and published writer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at Ball State University in Muncie, IN, where he was also born and raised.
