Analyst, Suzanne conducts a number of economic, demographic and tourism analyses for HSP projects and studies. She has worked on several dozen market analyses that focus on population, income, employment, key demand generators, large employers and employment changes, college and university statistics, tourism attractions and trends, downtown analyses, key factors that differentiate communities, as well as air, rail and road access.
Ms. Dorn also created a large portion of HSP’s arena and stadium database, with nearly 2,000 facilities detailed and profiled in North America. This is HSP’s proprietary database, providing immediate access to details on facilities such as tenants, size, performance, cost, and dozens of other factors.
In total, Suzanne has analyzed approximately 2,000 facilities and worked on dozens of HSP projects. She attended Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
