Anjali Peterson

Senior Manager, Ms. Peterson is a Senior Manager with the firm. She represents the firm on several fronts, including the development of sound market analytics, organization and review of reports, research and expertise in hospitality and residential work and other related duties.

Ms. Peterson is a certified Appraiser and has over ten years of experience providing consulting, market/feasibility studies and appraisal services on a national basis. She has used her extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and worked on hundreds of projects on a variety of complex commercial property types. These include senior housing, retail, office & industrial, medical office building and multi-family. Additionally, Ms. Peterson has participated in presentations and speaking engagements and has published or participated in the publication of numerous articles related to the hospitality industry. Her depth and breadth of experience in commercial real estate includes advising clients in acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality properties. Ms. Peterson is also an adjunct professor at Kendall College (Chicago, IL) in the School of Hospitality Management, instructing students in Business Planning & Feasibility Studies and Corporate Finance & Risk Management. She designed the Corporate Finance & Risk Management course which she taught.

Ms. Peterson joined Hunden Partners in 2016 from a background in appraisals and consulting at other firms. These include Cooper Valuation Group, Hotel Appraisers & Advisors, HVS, Rogers Appraisal Consultants and Marcus & Millichap where she advised her clients in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality and medical office properties.

Ms. Peterson has completed hundreds of hours of Appraisal Institute courses necessary to sit for the Certified General Exam. As a graduate of Elmhurst College, Ms. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a Minor in Marketing. She is also pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management degree, as well as continuing her coure work for the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
